Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • It must be in the same condition as when delivered
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Items showing normal wear and tear
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Shipping Costs
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
